You won't just be drawing you'll be the technical backbone of a diverse and varied project portfolio, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers to bring complex designs to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for technically minded professionals to fully manage projects from concept to completion across a wide range of sectors including Education, Civic, Commercial, Heritage, Industrial, Fire Safety and Sports & Leisure

What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  Software Proficiency Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM
  360

  Technical Expertise A solid understanding of technical design, the UK construction process, and the ability to produce and coordinate comprehensive construction information

  Specification Knowledge Experience producing material specifications and detailed design solutions

  Communication Skills Able to translate complex technical matters clearly for non-technical stakeholders

  Compliance Awareness Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, health & safety requirements and statutory approval processes
