Location: Markyate
Penguin Recruitment in St Albans is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. You will oversee the technical development of residential and mixed-use projects from planning through to completion, producing detailed drawing packages and construction information.
You should have a degree in Architectural Technology, experience in a UK practice, and a strong grasp of UK Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Photoshop and InDesign as advantages.
