Job Title: Internal Medicine Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Job Type: Full‑time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Dedicated internal medicine role focused on complex and varied cases. You will work exclusively within internal medicine, managing endocrine, gastrointestinal, respiratory, renal, infectious, chronic, and oncology-related conditions, and will have ownership of patient progress and outcomes in a referral‑style environment.

• Provide inpatient care and advance nursing techniques for a diverse caseload of internal medicine patients.
• Participate in diagnostics, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring of complex cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical decision‑making as part of the internal medicine team.
• Actively contribute to patient continuity and inter‑disciplinary collaboration.

• Qualified RVN.
• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience.
• Strong interest in internal medicine and inpatient care.
• Referral experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive, motivated approach to learning and professional development.

40 hours per week, shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm. 1:8 weekend rotation with days off the following week. One designated bank holiday per year. Work is typically scheduled across a structured rota.
