GP Partner – High-dispensing Practice | 11–12 Patients per Session | Strong Work-Life Balance
OverviewA committed, cohesive partnership operating a highly organised GP training practice with low patient numbers, strong admin support, and positive feedback from placed GPs.
Workload & Structure- 4+ sessions per week, each 11–12 patients
- 15-minute appointments
- 1 hour admin time per session
- Two-GP duty team with capped workload
- Low home visits (paramedic support; reduced clinic if visiting)
- Weekly partner session
- Attractive drawings thanks to property position and dispensary
- Partner-owned premises
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 1 week study leave
