Sessions: 6 Sessions (Two Vacancies Available)

Salary: Up to £12,200.50 per session, depending on additional responsibilities

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well‑established, forward‑thinking GP practice in Wadhurst. The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care, with 15‑minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.

• Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
• Develop personalised treatment and management plans
• Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
• Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Systm One
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement

• MRCGP qualified
• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
• Inclusion on the GMC GP Register
• Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)
• Independent Prescriber
• UK based
• Excellent communication and patient‑centred consultation skills

• Experience using Systm One
• Interest in collaborative multidisciplinary working
• Desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice

• Up to £12,200.50 per session depending on additional responsibilities
• Two permanent 6‑session GP vacancies
• One position available immediately
• One position starting from October
• Flexible working requests considered where service delivery allows
• 15‑minute appointment times
• Supportive leadership team including GP Clinical Lead and ACP Clinical Lead
• Multidisciplinary team comprising GPs, Advanced Practitioners, Pharmacists and Nurses
• Free on‑site parking
• Structured interview process including an informal practice tour and panel interview
