SEN Teacher – Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Location:
NW6 & NW10 | Primary & Secondary SEN School
Are you an experienced, passionate, and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are recruiting Supply and Long-Term SEN Teachers to join a warm, well-resourced Special Educational Needs school based across the NW6 and NW10 areas.
About the School
This inclusive SEN school supports pupils from Primary through to Secondary who have a range of needs including ASD, MLD, PMLD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. The school is known for its supportive leadership team, collaborative staff, and commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality education.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Lead a class supported by experienced Teaching Assistants
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Use a range of SEN-specific strategies and interventions
Work closely with therapists, support staff, and parents/carers
Track progress, manage EHCP targets, and contribute to reviews and assessments
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Experience teaching pupils with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
Strong behaviour management and nurturing approach
Ability to differentiate learning and use creative teaching strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
