We are seeking lecturers to teach at undergraduate level as part of the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required.

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet learning outcomes.
• Develop, update and improve course materials.
• Use a variety of learning and teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties.
• Stay up to date with latest developments in the field and student support practices.
• Work towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.

• Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• Have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
• Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
• Accurate reporting and maintain thorough, organised student records.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

• Holder of a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or a commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during probationary period and complete within three years.
• Experience in design/development of academic or professional education programmes, or equivalent.
