Position: Supply Teachers needing in Selly Oak (Temporary)

Are you a Qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible, rewarding work? Aspire People is urgently seeking experienced Primary Supply Teachers to support schools in and around the Selly Oak area. With a significant increase in daily supply needs, we're looking for dedicated teachers who can step in and make a real impact.

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) with experience across the primary age range (Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage
2).

* A Passion for Teaching:
You should have a genuine love for working with children and a strong commitment to supporting their learning and development.

* Classroom Management

Skills:

You must be confident in managing a classroom and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

* Flexibility:
As a supply teacher, you'll need to adapt quickly to different school environments and lesson plans.

* Professionalism:
We expect all our supply teachers to maintain high standards of professionalism, including communication with school staff and providing feedback after assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

* Follow prepared lesson plans and adjust them as necessary to meet the needs of the class.

* Create a positive and engaging learning environment where children are motivated to participate and succeed.

* Maintain strong classroom management, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all students.

* Provide feedback to the school and Aspire People after each assignment, helping us improve the service we offer.
