Craft, Design and Production Arts Teacher –
** Full‑Time** – £150‑250k – 4  april 2025 – Secondary Academy (Ages 11‑18), Hertfordshire.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and possibly
  5).
• Foster a love of crafts and arts in pupils.
• Teach art and design and support drama/production activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and innovative curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and differentiate instruction to meet all learners’ needs.
• Demonstrate passion for crafts and arts and a commitment to inspiring students.

• Experienced teacher with a background in craft, design and production arts.
• Willingness to teach at GCSE level is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to curriculum design.
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• Passion for the subject and a commitment to student engagement.

The school is an independent, mixed secondary Academy located in Hertfordshire, catering to around 400 pupils aged 11‑18. The vision is to provide an exciting and engaging curriculum that creates well‑rounded learners.
