Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant ALN

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Gwynedd. Whether you’re an experienced classroom assistant or just starting out, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, develop your skills, and make a real difference in childrens lives while working flexibly and earning a competitive hourly rate.

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required.
• Helping with classroom preparation and administrative tasks.

• Has experience working with children (in a school or childcare setting is ideal).
• Is friendly, proactive, and adaptable.
• Has a genuine interest in education and child development.
• Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
• Has Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
