As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with diverse needs, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. Your patience, enthusiasm, and compassion will be essential in creating a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant:
Enthusiastic and nurturing with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Patient, flexible, and resilient
Commutable to Radlett, Hertfordshire
