We are looking for ambitious teachers to join our new campus based in Abinger Dorking. We are a therapeutic school, delivering a trauma informed model to pupils aged 5-16 years of age. We are looking for a teacher who has the ability and passion to provide outstanding education to our pupils. We have high levels of support to deliver an adapted curriculum, such as clear curriculums, teacher and child pedagogy, staff wellbeing teaching toolkits, CPD and strong levels of senior leadership coaching and support.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with pupils with additional needs and will have an understanding of behavioural management. Our model supports leaders to work hand in hand with staff to ensure staffs wellbeing and management is compassionate and caring.
