Location: West Farleigh
A community-based organization is seeking a Personal Development Mentor to work with small groups of young people aged 16-19 in a supportive environment. The role is term-time only, 4 mornings a week, focusing on preparing students for adulthood. Ideal candidates should have experience working with 16-19-year-olds, especially those with SEND. Strong organizational skills and a good understanding of how SEND impacts young people are essential for success in this rewarding role.
