We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team and make a lasting impact. You will work closely with students aged 10‑19, supporting them one‑to‑one and in small groups, helping them grow, learn, and navigate challenging behaviours in a safe and supportive environment.

• Support a range of behaviours: help students manage emotional, social, or sensory challenges, providing guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies.
• Every day is different: from cooking, music, and sensory play to community activities, your days will be dynamic, hands‑on, and full of opportunities to make a difference.
• No experience needed: whether you are new to SEN or have experience with children with learning disabilities, we will provide full training and support.
