Duties/responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the maths curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)

* Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly

* Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy

* Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes

* Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression

Nescot is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed”, and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff.
