Are you an experienced and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in an inspiring and nurturing school community?

A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Claygate is seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s early learning, development, and wellbeing within a stimulating and caring environment.

About the Role:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS learning experiences.

* Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to help all children reach their full potential.

* Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.

* Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.

* Work collaboratively as part of a committed and supportive team.

About You:

* Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

* Have a proven track record of working successfully within an EYFS setting.

* Be confident in supporting all areas of early development, including communication, literacy, and numeracy.

* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

* Be reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach.

* Live locally to Claygate or within easy commuting distance.
