: £28,485 - £30,390 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to employers across the region to promote apprenticeships, boot camps, and bespoke training solutions.
- Develop and execute a localised marketing plan to promote Northern Skills and its services across Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Northumberland.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in schools, local careers services, and referral agencies to support employer engagement.
- Actively monitor, update, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of employer interactions and lead progression.
- Work closely with the wider apprenticeships and training teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Demonstrate a commitment to our Equality and Diversity policy, quality frameworks, and health and safety procedures.
- Have a Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess experience in marketing, promotions, or sales-related roles.
- Are committed to undertaking any mandatory training relevant to the role.
- Have knowledge of apprenticeships and employer engagement strategies (desirable).
- Have experience in education recruitment (desirable).
- Hold a full, up-to-date driving licence, with the ability to travel across Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Middlesbrough if required.
