Llangynwyd Primary School is an inclusive, happy and friendly school for children aged 3-11, with two resource CARE classes providing provision for pupils with ASD. The Governors seek to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and innovative Deputy Headteacher with excellent management and interpersonal skills to assist the Headteacher in leading a team of dedicated teaching and support staff.
Job Requirements- Outstanding practitioner committed to raising attainment and school improvement whilst preserving the strong ethos and inclusivity.
- Passionate about education with the commitment and drive to lead curriculum developments that enable all children to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to motivate and drive initiatives using the skills of a large staff team.
- Personality, drive and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Governors in leading and managing the school.
