The Role | Sixth Form Learning Mentor As a Sixth Form Learning Mentor, you will:
Support students in developing study skills, independent learning, and effective time management Mentor students and supervise private study sessions Guide students through university applications and personal statements Contribute to enrichment programs and assist with the EPQ Support students at risk of disengaging to stay motivated and achieve their potential Maintain positive behaviour and learning environments by setting clear expectations and supporting students in making responsible choices Requirements | Sixth Form Learning Mentor Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject from a top 20 UK university Confident and capable of working effectively with Sixth Form students Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain a positive, respectful learning environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and support students academically and personally Benefits | Sixth Form Learning Mentor Collaborate with a dedicated Sixth Form team in a motivating setting.
