A leading home care provider in Northern Ireland is looking for a knowledgeable Trainer to develop and implement effective training programmes for the Care Professionals team. The part-time role demands proven experience in adult education and strong communication skills. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Education and Learning and demonstrate flexibility in working hours. Salary ranges between £24,500 and £26,000, pro-rata, depending on hours agreed.
