Position: Cover Supervisor (Contract, Temporary)

Zest Education is recruiting a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Rednal. This full time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and can maintain a positive learning environment across a range of subjects.

About the Role

* Providing general classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4

* Delivering pre‑planned work and ensuring smooth lesson delivery

* Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students’ learning

* Immediate start available

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Experience working within a UK Secondary School

* A DBS on the Update Service

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Confidence leading groups of students across multiple subjects

* A proactive and professional approach

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are holding a recent Bachelors degree or recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum).
