Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated secondary teachers to work across partner schools in Sheffield. We welcome every secondary teacher regardless of subject background, including specialists in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, and Creative Studies such as performing arts, design, and art. About the Role
As a secondary teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 and, where appropriate, Key Stage 5 in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, or Creative Studies.
Plan, prepare, differentiate, and assess learning to meet pupil needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage behaviour confidently in line with school policies.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to support achievement.
Work with subject departments and pastoral teams.
Fulfil wider professional duties, including safeguarding responsibilities.
About You
We are seeking a committed secondary teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Has experience teaching English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, or Creative Studies at secondary level.
Demonstrates strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
Is flexible and confident in varied school environments.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
Holds, or is willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
