Inspire, Lead and Support Learning. As an HLTA in Swindon M&M Supply we are seeking confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step and make a significant impact in the classroom. As an HLTA you will deliver pre‑planned lessons, support pupils' progress and assist teachers with planning and assessment.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support learning across the curriculum and adapt materials to meet pupil needs
• Provide targeted interventions for small groups and 1:1 support where required
• Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom organisation
• Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and school leadership teams

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Experience working across primary or secondary education
• Confidence delivering lessons and supporting learning outcomes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
