The Role (What You'll Actually Do)Be the Mentor: Support students 1-on-1, helping them navigate their day and unlock their potential.

Skills:

Experience: You've worked with young people with SEN before and loved it.

Safeguarding: You take student safety seriously (this is non‑negotiable).
The "Must-Haves": You need a car and a license. The school is in a stunning rural spot, but public transport isn't an option.
