Responsibilities
- Instructing and developing students
- Developing and creating lesson plans in line with the Swim Academy
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Setting up lessons and down lessons, including equipment
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests
- Assessing progress of students and providing feedback where required
- Communicating effectively with students and families for a positive learning experience
- Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well‑being
- Strong commitment to safety and the well‑being of others
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios
- Prior experience swim teaching, or similar (not essential)
- An STA or Swim England Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification minimum, Disability Confident
Hourly rate £15.77. In this role you will have the great responsibility and satisfaction in teaching those of any age to swim. You will be observant of those in the water and confident in delivering great, enthusiastic sessions for all to learn and grow in their swimming journey. Various hours per week Rota.
