We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time position at a welcoming school in Cooks bridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, consistency, and the chance to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support learning in the classroom, as well as providing 1:1 or small group support where required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils as needed

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)

A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
