I C Talent Education is seeking conscientious and professional individuals to undertake the role of Exam Invigilator within secondary schools across Liverpool. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that examinations are conducted in line with JCQ guidelines and that a secure, fair, and supportive environment is maintained for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising candidates during examinations in accordance with JCQ regulations and centre procedures
Distributing, collecting, and securely handling examination materials
Ensuring examination conditions are upheld and reporting any irregularities
Maintaining accurate attendance records
Assisting with the preparation and clearance of examination venues
Person Specification:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to remain vigilant and composed under pressure
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience is advantageous, though full training will be provided
