We are currently seeking dedicated SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistants to join their caring team and provide invaluable support to pupils.

What We Are Looking For :
Compassionate individuals with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND
Experience working with neurodivergent learners or individuals with SEMH needs (preferred)
Knowledge of different learning strategies and the ability to adapt support to meet individual needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach to education
