Head of Inclusion / Deputy SENCo - requirements
You will have substantial experience of working with children and young people, particularly vulnerable children and those with SEND.
Have proven leadership skills in order to raise standards of achievement
Degree Level Qualification / Qualified Teacher Status (QTS not essential)
Excellent understand of the SEN code of practice
Able to work proactively to support parents and carers and the wider school community.
