Aspire People are currently seeking an SEND Teaching Assistant to join our school in Wolverhampton.

Role Highlights:
1:1 Teaching Assistant role, supporting children with additional needs in the classroom.
Full-time role, 8:30am-4.00pm Monday-Friday.
89 - 109 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with SENCO and support staff to design and implement learning schemes for pupils in Key Stage 1 with additional learning needs.

You will adapt resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning. You will be a positive role model to the student and set appropriate targets to boost confidence and self-esteem.

It is important that you have good knowledge of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders to be able to support these pupils effectively.
