Salary: £51,000
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent (40 hrs per week)

Flexible teaching schedule across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- All aspects of planning, delivering and assessing student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
- Developing, updating and improving course materials.
- Using a variety of learning and teaching methods.
- Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field and student support practices.
- Working towards clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
- Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
- Experience of accurate reporting and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme within three years) or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent).
- Experience in design/development of academic or professional education programmes or equivalent.
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays.
- 1 additional day leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days.
