Position: Teaching Assistant (Temporary)

Schools across Birmingham are seeking Qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or Level
3) to support pupils across Primary, Secondary, and Specialist SEND settings. You’ll work closely with teachers and SEND teams to deliver high‑quality support, both 1:1 and in small groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified TAs with experience supporting learners with Autism, SEMH, SLD, PMLD or behavioural needs — or those looking to expand their experience within inclusive, supportive schools.

What We’re Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting pupils in school settings
Strong communication and behaviour‑support skills
A calm, patient and proactive approach
Confidence adapting support to different learning needs
