This is an opportunity to lead and build our Broadcast & Media Technology practice [with a large focus in the Sports Eco‑System] globally, at a point where ICP Search is growing, winning significant new clients, and expanding into Asia Pacific with our Australia office launching later this year.

The RoleYou will lead and grow our Broadcast & Media Technology vertical globally.
That means:
- Setting the commercial direction.
- Winning retained executive search mandates.
- Building senior, long‑term relationships.
- Representing ICP Search in the market with authority.
- Playing a meaningful role in our international expansion.
You won’t inherit a finished structure.
You’ll shape it.

What You’ll Be DoingOf course, you will be expected to generate revenue.
Senior retained work and the team projects that follow.
Strategic mandates.
High‑value client relationships.
You’ll be comfortable engaging CEOs, founders, CROs, CTOs and performance directors, less mid‑level hiring managers.
From stadium technology and broadcast infrastructure to OTT, sports data, AI and fan engagement platforms, you’ll define where we go next and how we build market growth.
You’ll become the recognised lead in this space.
