Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school community in Kidderminster.

About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment. You ll collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure each child receives tailored educational and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs

• Assist in adapting learning materials and activities

• Foster positive relationships to build pupils confidence and independence

• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation

• Work collaboratively with staff to deliver inclusive, high-quality learning

About You

• Experience working with children or young people (SEND experience desirable)

• A patient, positive, and empathetic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
