Are you an adaptable and passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities?

We are currently looking for a Primary Supply Teacher to join a pool of talented educators for day-to-day ad-hoc teaching across Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety in their work, are able to teach across mixed year groups, and thrive in different classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching across a range of year groups, from EYFS to KS2, ensuring lessons are engaging, well-planned, and in line with the National Curriculum.

Manage classroom behavior effectively and provide a safe, nurturing, and productive learning environment.

Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher and adapt where necessary to meet the needs of the students.

Support and guide students in their learning, ensuring they are motivated and able to reach their potential during the day.

Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leadership while ensuring a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified teacher with experience in primary education, and the ability to teach across various year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).

A flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a passion for helping children succeed.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.

Experience or an interest in teaching mixed year groups and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
