As a Learning Support Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in assisting students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom. You'll help foster positive, trusting relationships with learners, encouraging their personal and academic development. Working closely with Teachers, you’ll contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment while gaining valuable experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). At the same time, you’ll be studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
