Are you a passionate and dedicated LSA looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional learning needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN TA to join a supportive and dynamic team at a primary school in Newport.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored sessions to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive and reach their full potential.

• Deliver differentiated activities to meet individual learning needs
• Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans
• Help foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers
• Help monitor, assess and report on student progress

• A child care qualification
• A minimum of 6 months experience working in an educational setting
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
