Are you a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic or similar with over 5 years of experience on the tools? Do you want to move from hands‑on to a training role, teaching the next generation of technicians for one of the largest international UK Defence and Engineering companies?

This role will involve daily delivery of technical training in vehicle maintenance, adherence to curriculum guidelines, creating a secure training setting both online and in the workshop, contributing to course enhancement, trainee assessments, and incorporating the latest technologies into teaching.

• Delivery of technical vehicle maintenance training
• Developing course content and incorporating new technologies
• Full training on teaching and funded qualification courses

• Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic/Technician or equivalent
• Desire to transition to an off‑tools position
• Willing to provide a micro‑teach at interview stage
