Join a school community where every child is encouraged to flourish. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to play a key role in helping our children thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Have high expectations for every child and a genuine commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate creativity and flexibility, engaging pupils through purposeful resources and effective, inclusive strategies.
- Be reflective and responsive, identifying and reducing barriers to learning and tailoring support to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively and positively as part of a strong, supportive team.
- Suitable safeguarding and an enhanced DBS check; the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Children’s Barring List Check.
- Ability to speak fluent and spoken English (essential).
- Commitment to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children and willingness to undertake relevant safeguarding checks.
