• Have high expectations for every child and a genuine commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
• Demonstrate creativity and flexibility, engaging pupils through purposeful resources and effective, inclusive strategies.
• Be reflective and responsive, identifying and reducing barriers to learning and tailoring support to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively and positively as part of a strong, supportive team.

• Suitable safeguarding and an enhanced DBS check; the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Children’s Barring List Check.
• Ability to speak fluent and spoken English (essential).
• Commitment to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children and willingness to undertake relevant safeguarding checks.
