We are a small rural Christian school located in Harmattan, Alberta, serving students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. As an Alberta-accredited independent school, we teach the Alberta Program of Studies using a combination of individualized student-guided Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) and teacher-led classes.

We are seeking a committed Christian educator who has a heart for serving students and desires to partner with families in providing Christ-centred education. The successful candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, a love for children, and a willingness to serve in a variety of teaching roles within our school community.

Please note:

ACE training in Calgary is required August 24–28, 2026. Training costs will be covered by the school.

• Teach a Grade 1 classroom program
• Teach Physical Education classes
• Provide academic support and assistance to students across Grades 1–12
• Foster a positive, caring, and Christ-centred learning environment
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and administration to support student success

• Alberta teaching certification, or currently completing the final practicum toward certification
• A clear Christian testimony and lifestyle consistent with Biblical principles
• A heart for Christian education and discipleship of students
• Ability to connect with and support students of varying ages and abilities
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Agrees to and adheres to our school’s Statement of Faith
