A specialist provision near South Molton is seeking SEN Support Workers to support pupils aged 4 19 with complex learning difficulties, including PMLD, physical disabilities and sensory processing needs.

This highly supportive environment includes sensory rooms, therapy spaces and structured life-skills learning.

The Role Includes:

• Supporting personal care where required

• Assisting with sensory-based learning

• Supporting communication through PECS/Makaton

• Encouraging independence and life skills

Ideal Background:

• Experience in care, SEND or support roles

• Comfortable supporting complex needs

• Compassionate and proactive attitude

• School or residential experience desirable

Pay: £92.63 £ 100 per day
