SEN Teaching Assistant

Spalding and Crowland area

Full time: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Looking for long term and daily cover teaching assistants for the Spalding and Crowland area in mainstream primary, SEN schools and secondary schools.

As a SEN TA, you will be expected to complete typical TA duties working with SEN students. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
• Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
• Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supervising students during break times and lunch.
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.
• Available for a minimum of one day a week.

• Excellent rates of pay.
