SEN Teaching Assistant
LocationSpalding and Crowland area
Working HoursFull time: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Looking for long term and daily cover teaching assistants for the Spalding and Crowland area in mainstream primary, SEN schools and secondary schools.
About the RoleAs a SEN TA, you will be expected to complete typical TA duties working with SEN students. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
- Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
- Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supervising students during break times and lunch.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.
- Available for a minimum of one day a week.
- Excellent rates of pay.
- Up to £250 referral scheme.
- Free CPD courses.
- An experienced and committed consultant to assist you with your recruitment process.
