Head of Careers and University Guidance to start in August 2026. This role leads a high-performing careers and university guidance programme, supporting ambitious students to secure places at leading universities in the UK and worldwide, and ensuring that all students achieve successful, well-informed post-16 and post-18 pathways within a globally minded, academically focused college on a distinctive coastal campus.
