This full-time role is ideal for a Psychology graduate or someone from a related background looking to gain valuable school-based experience before progressing into Speech and Language Therapy, Educational Psychology, or another child-focused profession.

The school has a strong SEND provision and a supportive staff team that works closely with pupils with Autism, speech and communication needs, ADHD, and SEMH. This role will provide hands-on experience supporting students both in and outside of the classroom. The criteria to get this job will include:
Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist or Educational Psychologist Psychology Graduate or graduate from a related subject Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable Passionate about supporting pupils with SEND and communication needs Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach Confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
