Role OverviewLeigh Stationers' Academy has a fantastic opportunity to appoint a Student Services Manager to join their team in as soon as possible. Our successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills whilst managing a variety of tasks, will be very personable and approachable, and will have the ability to build good working relationships with our students. On a daily basis, you'll be in contact with students, various members of staff, parents and external agencies – this is a busy and fast‑paced role so we’d love to hear from candidates who are keen to be part of our collaborative and supportive environment.
It is essential that our successful candidate has previous pastoral experience.
A background in positive behaviour management, experience in using restorative justice practice and an understanding of external agencies and the local authority fair access panel would be desirable but not essential. We are also looking for individuals that have knowledge and understanding of working with disadvantaged pupils.

- Help progress the academy towards our vision, through a focus on raising the aspirations of students
- Be an excellent role model for students, commanding respect and being a positive presence around the academy
- Be efficient and effective and highly organised in all areas of work
- Promote actively in the academy's pride and ethos through words and actions
This is a part‑time role, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 8am – 4pm.
