-Time Teacher Position for Children with Autism

My client school are looking for a teacher to teach small groups with on the autistic Spectrum and complex needs. the school is based the Croydon location.

The role will be working potentially Primary/ Secondary. The Right person will need to beable to have experience teaching students with complex needs in a mainstream or SEND school. Experience with more challenging behaviours.

the role is to starts ASAP

Role and Responsibilities:

• The teacher will work 5 days a week from 8.30 am till 4 pm (not negotiable).
• The teacher will need to start as soon as possible.
• The right person will be responsible for handover and planning for the return for this term.
• The teacher will need to have experience or a qualification in teaching children. QTS or QTLS or PGCE in education.

Requirements:

• A degree in education or a relevant qualification in teaching is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism, SLD or is highly desirable
• Passion and dedication to work with children with special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
