UCS College Group in Uplyme is looking for a dedicated safeguarding manager to support the Designated Safeguarding Lead. This role involves managing safeguarding referrals, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining accurate records in line with statutory requirements.
Collaboration with Safeguarding Team Leaders and the Student Experience Department is essential to ensure effective safeguarding practices across all College sites. The ideal candidate will also act as the Designated Teacher, supporting children in care and care-experienced learners.
