About This Role
- Hours of work: 18
- Working pattern:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9.00am - 3.30pm - Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6 per academic year
- FTC term: 1st September 2026 - 31 August 2027

TheSuccessful Candidate Will
- Support individuals and small groups of pupils with SEND
- Be patient, compassionate, and understanding, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to supporting children with SEND to achieve their full potential
- Be adaptable and responsive, able to tailor support strategies to meet the individual needs of the child
- Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion through positive behaviour support and a child-centred approach
- Be self-motivated, adaptable and reliable
- A welcoming, nurturing, inclusive and supportive school community
- A people first approach with a strong focus on staff wellbeing
