About the Role:
Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and a genuine passion for working with young people? Whether you are exploring a future in teaching or seeking a fulfilling role in education, becoming a Cover Supervisor is a fantastic way to make a real impact. In this role, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
You will support students in staying engaged and on task, working across various subjects and year groups—making each day different, dynamic, and rewarding
Who we are Looking For:
* Confident, calm, and approachable individuals
* Ability to manage groups of students effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a school or working with young people is a plus – but not essential!
