The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, organised, motivated and flexible Individual Needs Assistant to join our school family.

Part-time: 28 hours 20 minutes per week

Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Fixed term: Until July 2027

Start date: September 2026

The successful applicant will:

• Have a good understanding of SEND and can use strategies to support pupils with SEND
• Work under the direction of the class teacher and INCo as well as being required to use their own initiative
• Have good communication skills, an interest in child development as well as high expectations and aspirations for all
• Support the Catholic ethos of our school
